Kris J.I’m originally from Iceland, now living in Qatar with my husband, our three amazing sons, and our dog. Sports have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and in 2010, I became a certified personal trainer—a path I’ve passionately followed ever since. Over the years, I’ve competed in professional fitness competitions with great success, and I’ve continued to grow my expertise through advanced training courses and real-life experience. But everything shifted after I became a mom. Having my first baby sparked a transformation—not just in my body, but in my approach to training and life. I realized the importance of balance, sustainability, and mental well-being. That journey inspired me to help others build strength not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. My passion lies in helping women become the strongest, healthiest, most confident version of themselves—on their terms. There’s no one-size-fits-all method, which is why I create personalized training plans that fit your lifestyle, your goals, and your stage of life.
